A native of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Mary Ann Miceri built her home in Uwchlan Township in 1996. Mary Ann is a Licensed Realtor® with Keller Williams in Exton, PA, and a member of the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce. With her real estate knowledge, Mary Ann knows our Uwchlan community and its challenges.

Mary Ann is committed to listening to constituents and seeking long-term solutions to the real problems facing Uwchlan Township. "As growth comes to our community, new and complex issues, such as increased traffic, zoning issues, and public safety, will impact our community. We must identify and weigh our solutions."

With a background in strategic planning and 30+ years of business experience, Mary Ann brings a wealth of knowledge and problem-solving skills to the table to tackle the issues and concerns of the Uwchlan residents.

Mary Ann graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Jefferson University. She is the President of the Exton Chapter of Christian Business Partners Networking and a member of the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce.

She and her husband, Dr. Richard Kusenda, a Licensed Chiropractor, appreciate the wonderful restaurants and local businesses in Uwchlan Township and the surrounding areas. And they especially enjoy taking long walks with Summer and Winter (their twin Yorkshire Terriers) on Struble Trail and Marsh Creek State Park.
